Final supper today before I embark on my longest fast yet of 7 days in honor of Jesus Christ Our Lord.

Day 3 of my fast, feel perfectly fine. I think they get easier with practice. I was rekt by day 3 on my first long fast in 2014 & had to stop.
Philosophical question: Is a fast even real if it isn't tracked with an app and shared on social media?
Day 5. I feel alert, almost euphoric, no cravings whatsoever. Don't feel weak like at the end of my last 5 day fast, either. Probably because I was very careful about supplementing correctly this time round. Can probably push it well beyond 7 days if I want to.
Day 6. Feeling normal - not exceptionally good like yesterday. But not at all bad either.
Day 7. Sleep deprived - & definitely getting mentally slower (just read this as "Trump to fire Jared and Ivanka"). I think Day 5 is consistently the peak for me in focus/clarity.
Will break fast in 2 hours to make it exactly 7 days (168 hours) since starting last Sunday ~8pm.

I would recommend everyone fast during lockdown. Just imagine getting a long quasi-vacation and then having nothing to show for it but an additional 10kg.
