"Shadow Minister for Data Breaches"

Lloyd Russell-Moyle, newly appointed Shadow Minister for Natural Environment & Air Quality in @Keir_Starmer 's team appears to have shared the un-redacted and leaked Labour report on antisemitism in the party.
In posts to a private Facebook group for the Brighton & Hove Labour Party, the Shadow Minister discusses the dossier and posts a link to the un-redacted document that has now placed antisemitism campaigners at risk.
In what is clearly an internal sectarian move - with no regard as to the seriousness of the issues - the Shadow Minister appears to regard leaking of the report as revenge, saying it is "best served cold".
A Labour Shadow Minister publishing a report that contains hundreds of pages of personal data & that places British Jews & others at risk is a deeply serious matter that is likely to have the most serious of impacts on the Labour Party
I call on @Keir_Starmer to act swiftly.
Both the Labour Party, Lloyd Russell-Moyle and many other individuals and organisations are now facing hugely serious enforcement action from the ICO and legal cases from many individuals who have had their data privacy rights abused.
It appears that when challenged last night that his actions might be in breach of data privacy laws, Lloyd Russell-Moyle doubled down, blaming "someone who has tried to report me"
He also tweeted that he felt that anyone who thought that data privacy of complainants might be important was "missing the point".

Perhaps we'll let
@Keir_Starmer , the ICO and the courts decide on that, shall we?

Thread on the seriousness of data breaches:

A number of high profile Corbynista influencers have shared the un-redacted internal Labour report into party antisemitism that has been leaked and they have each put Jewish & non-Jewish activists at risk.
The data privacy laws and libel laws of this country allow the courts and the regulator to issue penalties that reflect the seriousness of the rights to data privacy that we all expect to enjoy.

However, a significant number of Hard Left activists & personalities appear to....
..think that they are above the law.
They are shortly in for a surprise when they learn that they are subject to the same laws as the rest of us.

What follows is a selection of some of these Corbyn supporters who will soon be facing the weight of the law.

We've all read many angry, conspiracy theory tweets & FB posts pushing the "UK govt tried the herd immunity approach & that's why people are dying" line. I just read one by @UniKent academic @HeejungChung so i thought i'd try & help by explaining.
1. Most people have never been involved in formal planning or strategy activity. That's fine. If it's not part of your job then why would you? Most people have also never serviced a car engine. And that's fine too. Neither is a cause of shame.

But:
2. If you have never serviced an engine you will not know the sequence of steps and tasks that are essential to doing the job correctly. For instance, do you know about the importance of cam timing relative to crankshaft timing?
No, thought not. But you pay someone who does.

An article in the Guardian re-states old news that Jews & our real allies have been telling you all for 5 years now. A few people appear shocked but really, this will change nothing.
Very few people really care about Jews - we’re at the bottom of the woke hierarchy & we know it.
And it’s fine. I’m personally now fully recalibrated & I know where I stand. Better to have a map than not.
I just feel foolish for not seeing it till about 2014 but other than that i’m ok with it.
The arrogance & stupidity of my generation who thought that WE were different.
That after 2 thousand years of hatred we would somehow be the ones to live free of your disdain, hate, fear, mistrust and blame.
That the Shoah has actually saved us later generations somehow.
Of course, our lives told us frequently that this wasn’t the case but we ignored it.
