In this thread, I will first talk about mental factors, then androgenic supplements and finish with testosterone boosting technology

this is not your average gymbro advice. expect to learn things you will one day teach your sons

second of all, it doesn't matter what your T measurement is. You've probably noticed how that almost every androgenic supplement is Scientifically Proven™ To Not Work®

if you can think for yourself, you've probably arrived at the same conclusion as me..
there's a great number of body mechanism that decide how masculine you are. Testosterone, DHT, FSH, LH, SHBG, Estrogen just from the top of my head. consider how complex the interplay between these must be, all these have cycles and change between each passing moment
science can be consulted when appropriate - it is not and should never be a worldview

there is only ONE way to find your own truth. it lives in your gut and heart, not the feeble brain

Did you know that visualize lifting weights will make you stronger?

it's been proven time and time again that imagining practice brings an increase in both skill and raw strength
according to science there are bigger benefits to real training than imagining training (gym, sports etc) but they are fully comparable

which is amazing considering the test subjects are random nobodies, and of you've read this far, odds are that you have superb mental capacity
you can actually cure yourself of diseases with the same method, they call it the placebo effect but what's actually happening is that you're changing reality through manifestation

the most common mindset mistake is that you're in "training mode"

you're not supposed to think "wow i'm really blasting these muscles, they're completely spent now, will be sore tomorrow"

that is a mindset that will yield nothing

that actually happens when you feel it

reality truly is in your own control to this huge degree. it's sickening that so few know this
if you had a microscope aimed at your biceps, you'd see new muscles cells appearing right away

it really does work that way, tumors have disappeared live in x-ray, terminal conditions cured in seconds by psychic surgeons
consider how divine you must be, to have been given the opportunity to carry this power.

the limit to the possibilities is how strong and unshakeable your belief is. you have to feel something in your heart, otherwise it won't work

I'm literally not exercising at all right now and I'm still gaining lean mass, losing fat and getting stronger

I'm not even visualizing lifting weights rn, just constantly amazed how I'm getting shredded by mental force
you can mentally improve your physique at any moment, but it's most powerful at two points:

1) when your visualization capacity peaks, for me it's in the stillness of late nights

2) when your belief peaks, i e when your exercising as you literally know you're getting stronger
focus your mental power in these momentsband remember that every astonishing feat by a monk is equally possible for you if you'd truly believe it

using your mind to grow is your divine right and dare I say purpose in life

and you'll use it for countless things beyond fitness
let's talk about minerals and vitamins now.

tracking everything you eat is a waste of time, there is an easier way

you already know what you eat, so you don't have to gradually log every meal for days and weeks, you can just select your average foods online and see results
go to nutritiondata.org and click "add to meal" on all your staple foods. adjust the amount to reflect how much you eat daily on average of that particular food
when you're done, adjust the "meal size" so calories for the meal is roughly your avg caloric intake

boom, you're done

Boron is a mineral without an established RDA. i recommend 3mg daily which is both androgenic and safe
Magnesium is the fourth most common element in the body and it's probably the most impactful deficiency in modern society

there are two reasons for this:

1) lower intake because of low quality synthetic food
2) Mg is a detox agent used to battle toxins like sugar
Glycine is an amino acid with tremendous health benefits including increased muscle synthesis

"Nigari Salt"

imagine table salt except NaCl it's MgCl

sinply add a tiny pinch to water, food

if your stool is loose, you're taking too much and it's passing through you
i also use Nigari salt to make My own hairspray, deodorant, skin cream.. Magnesium can be absorbed through skin.

you can use it for magnesium baths but it's cheaper to buy Epsom salt for that (don't eat Epsom salt)
almost everyone can benefits from vit D supplementation

even if you're getting plenty of sun

they tested surfers and skateboarders in Hawaii and 51% of them had low vit D

personally I have natural high vit D thanks to my incredible gut biome
optimal vit D status will increase test, immunity and much more

make sure you're taking vit D³ and vit K² together
some people superdose vitamin E for gains but as it's potentially toxic I won't recommend it. but make sure you're getting more than enough every day
