I've always been a remarkable sleeper, falling into deep restful slumber in mere minutes, staying asleep for however long I want. If something wakes me, I can always quickly go back to sleep. I've been thinking about what I do different than most, so I decided to share. Enjoy I've looked at screens my entire life. It's very obvious that they extend your circadian rhythm beyond 24h, but they never noticeably impacted my sleep quality. In my twenties I think my natural rhythm was maybe 26h or 27h.

I realized that our air grounding concept explains the asian "fan death" thing. You're anchoring yourself to the electric potential of the air in your room, which would be great if you're next to a waterfall in a secluded forest, and terrible if you're in a urban room w/ closed windows, which is specifically what "fan death" is about. The former is a stronger version of Earth grounding, and the latter is the opposite of Earth grounding! You could have a situation where you accumulate more and more positive ions in air the longer you run the fan; not only because you run all air in the room over & over again through an electric device which irradiates the air with 50/60 Hz EMF, you're also inducing mechanical friction between the room's air & all the surfaces' materials — this is great if these materials are natural (see triboelectric series for power rankings). By having fan blades made from good materials, you could have a powerful air improving device, something way better than electric air ionizers. If you'd want to focus on removing 'toxic' positive ions rather than adding good ones, there is a very simple solution to this as well, make a fan with grounded metallic blades.Image

If you are outdoors, your electrostatic potential is decided by your height. In a building with a metal roof, it is decided by the buildings geometry. If your roof is flat, you may as well not have it at all. The "boost" you get in electric field strength X is approximately decided by this simple equation:

Xₒᵤₜ = 1
Xᵢₙ = (D/B)

Note that the ideal electrical design is to have a sharp point upwards, and as much roundness & curvature beneath as possible. Sharpness helps you collect atmospheric charge at the top where there is 500V (ie 5 meters above ground), and roundness prevents the 500V accumulated on the conductive ceiling from being discharged at the 300V level. Hence you have domes, spires, and such. Architecture has an electrical impact on evolution, and I just gave you the formula for it. By the way, all this came to me as I wrote it. Correct me if I missed somewhere, or if you have something to add. Have a lovely day my friendsImage @puhcko made a great point once about the distance B not mattering as C trends towards infinity. What I don't get is why that does not apply to the ionosphere? Why is the E-field only 100V/m when one capacitor plate is entirely surrounded by the other?

My Christmas gift to you..

An important thread about
DNA & Electric Fields..

As you probably know, the atmosphere has a positive electric charge, while the Earth has a negative charge. Every life form on Earth lives between these two charge polarities. This does not mean that an electrical current runs through the life forms. An analogy would be that we have a bottle of hot & cold water on each side of us, but we don't really touch the cold or warm water, we do not freeze or get warm, because no heat or water is moving.

A thread of hygiene tricks you won't hear anywhere else.. When you shower, do this with your mouth 😬 and let your showerhead clean between your teeth. a thousand times milder than floss (usually coated with fluoride btw) and twenty times more effective than a tiny waterpik. obviously don't do it if your tap water is toxic / unfiltered

1 retweet = 1 parenting tip.. We may not always be able to offer children their natural habitat of playing along fruit trees & berry bushes, but it is very cheap to provide them with the modern equivalence; fruit bowls placed within arms reach of where your child plays and lives and thrives.

It's time for a short thread on Why You Don't Need To Worry About a "Magnetic Pole Shift".. this is clearly a pendulum swing, an oscillation, and half a swing of the pendulum is 150 years. this is why it speeds up, the highest speed of an oscillation is at its mid-point, ie - just now.

i'm a big fan of opengameart.org where you can get design assets & music of high quality (most importantly, with soul. stuff that ppl made because they care, not because it was their job) for free, without copyright (often requires some attribution which is lame) it is very useful for other stuff than games. it is useful for everything. now, are there any other sites like that out there? i can think of pexels.com & pixabay.com for free stock photo style images, there has to be more?

I've been thinking a lot about how bacteria & intuition fit together lately. It's actually sort of obvious when you have the right puzzle pieces. Let's start with the fact that it is universally felt & understood that much of our intuition comes from our gut. It's obvious why your heart yields intuition; it's the apex of your soul & story & energetic body.

So, what's so special about your gut? What unique property enables the famous 'gut feeling'?

This is Los Angeles, one early morning in 1943. Tensions were high, as the Japanese had proven their ability to reach the west coast when they bombed Ellwood.

A blip appeared on the radar, 120 miles off the coast, a complete blackout was ordered. The photo above is from the LA Times. The flying object was tracked by searchlights, and was fired upon for more than hour, to absolutely no effect — except three civilians killed in friendly fire.

The official story is that it was a rogue weather balloon. Yes, really.

This is *exactly* the type of primary observations that we need to study metaphysics. It can be done, by us, in free-form bro-science. I agree that past life memories are pretty much glitches - has someone's life ever improved by it? I think no, notable exceptions being @asparagoid, Stevenson et al using it as am observational tool for metaphysical study

This russian article (easy to translate in Chrome) argues that salt is a modern necessity because the atmosphere used to be denser, in other words: the Earth has expanded. Another W for the expanding earth theory. It also mentions that only 60% of osmotic pressure is from salt, I didn't know that. The rest is glucose, proteins etc.

The ideal way to take pine pollen (aka natural testosterone) is to buy raw pollen ("powder"), put it in milk, and chew on it. Literally the best kept secret amongst men Chewing greatly potentiates the absorption since the pollen cell walls, that contains the androgens, are extremely resilient (wouldn't be very good pollen otherwise.. nature doesn't miss)

Are humans actually getting smarter?

..a thread about the Flynn effect. Flynn effect is literally simply what you see in the chart above, the fact that IQ scores shows a stable increase over time globally.

Since IQ is the academically agreed-upon measurement of intelligence, the mainstream answer is that Yes, people are ackshuyally getting smarter

the nature of gravity has been suppressed for two reasons; the first is to hide antigravity, and the second is to hide the *necessity* of hollow earth, hollow moon, hollow literally all planets. i can't tell you if anything lives within earth, but i can tell you that it simply must be shaped like that. i can't tell you how the inner sun at the center looks, but i can tell you that it exists.

I wonder how long it'll take until biologists accept that lots of animals have literal antennas on their body. This is what we intuitively understand when we talk about 'being in tune with nature'nature' I know only one man who has researched this, Dr. Grebennikov. Look into his work if you're intrigued by this.

By many definitions, fire is alive. To truly clinch it, we need one more win. Pagan science bros, all hands on deck! I think fire may well have hereditary properties. No one expected water to, yet this has been proven now. I think fire is next. So, the offsprings off a fire will should have different properties than a fire that just started now.
