I can’t find @SenSchumer’s original February 5 tweet that called President Trump’s stoppage of flights from China “premature,” and implying that it was racist. Do you think he might have deleted it?
Some reliable people say that this apparent February 5 @SenSchumer tweet is fake. Can anyone shed light on this?
The image of the supposed @SenSchumer tweet gives the time at 12:10 PM on February 5. The Wayback Machine at archive.org imaged Schumer's Twitter page twice at at 12:38 PM, but those pages do not exist. Subsequent images show no such tweet. web.archive.org/web/2020020512…

On this day in 1775, British troops marched to Lexington, Massachusetts, to capture Samuel Adams and John Hancock. The first shots marked the start of the American Revolution.
Samuel Adams was a Member of the Continental Congress and within weeks Hancock would become one. Both risked threats of capture, imprisonment and execution. Our congressional leaders today are too selfish even to meet.
There’s plenty of room in the US House snd Senate chambers for members to speak and vote while social distancing. The leaders among our federal lawmakers are cowards.

Bremmer wrote it before the president's historic trip to Asia, as if on cue. thehill.com/homenews/media…
Bremmer could have written a piece about how @realDonaldTrump could strengthen America's global position vis a vis China, but instead he chose to celebrate, in advance of the Asia trip, that "China won."
