Oh man I'm learning so very much about @awscloud culture from the conversation in this blog post. This thread is for my AWS employee friends during these dark times.
First, Amazon apparently updated the post to not reflect their actual ridiculous room numbering for some reason?
Second, nobody at Amazon apparently ever uses the phrases "please" or "thank you" in their conversations. Every line of dialogue is a direct question.
Third, "your VPN fob" is apparently required to fix hardware problems with your screen at @awscloud helpdesk central.
"Now hang on," you might say. "This is a hypothetical company, not Amazon themselves!"

To which I reply: bullshit it is.
Even Amazonians can't figure out how WorkDocs works and what it can do. "I dunno, here's the manual I guess" is the best their IT support staff can do.
And lastly, there's clearly no "Amazon Maps" on the horizon, so their support staff get to also be the equivalent of the Time and Temperature hotline.
