Maybe it is not clear enough, but off is some times all that you need if you and no one Is not there.
Safety can be your PURPOSE but no evidence shows that's NEED it.

.... let's be realistic, right now they are doing whatever they want and admitting these principles is just a gift to us.
And help us to narrow down to some key topics the light pollution discussion. is it really needs it all that blue light? We have lived for more than 50 years without it perfectly fine.
