HILO: El @mincoturgob ha propuesto la primera ley de #contaminaciónlumínica de la historia que es peor que la preexistente. hay la posibilidad de hacer alegaciones hasta el 1 de diciembre. industria.gob.es/es-es/particip… Voy a intentar explicar por que es tan mala.👇 En primer lugar, la ley asume que la anterior ley fué un éxito. Considerando que es inaplicable, salvo en Andalucía y Cataluña (que cuentan con legislación total o parcial en la materia), ya que no existe zonificación en otras regiones españolas.
