The system isn't perfect and will need a bit of work. But I can't deny that it is reassuring to see the Commons operating again, even in this weird form. 
I can however confirm that the covid emergency has not cured certain MPs of their enduring imbecility.

Would be cheap to say that this is why it is a moment of enduring shame, therefore, for anyone to have joined in the attempt to prorogue the Commons against its will. But I am cheap, so I have said it.
