i have begun writing the script for my @FinalFantasyVII Remake review video. i estimate it will be 92 minutes long. in addition, because people keep asking if i’ll publish my new reviews as text, i have decided i will make transcripts available—to patreon backers only (lol)
the situation in the world has seeped its way into my video production process, unfortunately, though i’m hoping i can still meet my may 1st release date for this review. know this, though: i am editing on a 24” monitor and a $9 folding chair with the wrong eyeglass prescription
HOWEVER: things are looking up. i have a brand new @Steelcase chair coming next week. a fancy camera as well!! a new monitor—who knows? money seems to not be so useful, these days. if i have the camera by monday: heck yes. may 1st it is. if not: please accept a little delay :-O
later today (and tomorrow) i will continue playing the last four chapters of the game for the fourth time, live on stream!! thursday (on stream) i’ll play through the midgar chapter of the original FFVII. though yes: i have arrived at my Complete Thoughts after 188 game-hours
in my patreon i promise to only review games i have spent a LOT of time with. ridiculously, i chose a Massive New Release for the first video. well, thanks to ~200 hours in uncomfortable working conditions, i have transformed this Enormous Milestone Game into “a game i played”
update: in honor of the year of final fantasy vii’s original release, i have decided to needlessly extend my 92-minute video to 97 minutes in length
oh also i would like to answer a frequently asked question: yes, i will make subtitles for all of my new videos. also, i MIGHT be In Talks to have subtitles available in numerous languages! (if you feel up to the task of translating, contact the email in my bio. i can pay you!)

update: FORTY-TWO people have inquired about translating my videos into brazilian portuguese *alone*! that is ~monstrously~ disproportionate to all other languages. man, i gotta go to brazil sometime . . .
i have been (with varying levels of seriousness) studying PTBR for a couple of years now; maybe viewing the subtitles on my own videos will help me become fluent. in other words, this translator will be responsible for crafting my virtual portuguese voice AND my *actual* one lol
