halfway through article NYT concedes right-wing protests draw small crowds “in the hundreds”

NYT runs story on the front page anyway
this is same NYT that during run-up to Iraq War famously ran story on **massive** anti-war rally on pg 14 of Metro section
fun fact: NYT ran two articles on the protests today. combined, 11 conservatives were quoted vs 2 liberals.

it really is amazing how press falls for GOP Phony Outrage nonsense every single time—showering small bands of protesters w/ endless coverage. turns out huge majority of Americans think protesters are nutjobs. surprise!
