1) We have been waiting a long time for these transcripts. Solomon explains the delay:

"43 of the transcripts were declassified and cleared for public release and given to Schiff's team, but they have never been made public despite the committee’s vote to do so, officials said."
2) The House Intelligence Committee voted Sept. 28, 2018 to release a number of transcripts taken from interviews during its investigation of 2016 election interference by Russia.
3) As part of the investigation, the House committee noted that it interviewed 73 individuals, resulting in 55 transcribed interviews.

The report also indicated that seven witnesses had invoked their Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination.
4) The full list of interviews that were to be released, accompanied by the actual date of the interview, can be found here:

5) I wrote about this at the time:

6) Interesting to note is that at the time, neither special counsel Robert Mueller nor any members of his team had reportedly asked for or reviewed any of the interviews.

Which seems rather strange.
7) At the time, there were 6 transcripts that were being withheld.

Two pertained to congresspeople: Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.).

One pertained to the House Committee meeting where the GOP Russia Report was approved.
8) The remaining transcripts being withheld at the time were from closed hearings with former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, and former NSA Director Mike Rogers.
