Businesses that negligently expose their customers to coronavirus should have to pay damages

Part of re-opening the economy requires businesses themselves to take responsibility for safety

Also - talk about something that will scare potential consumers away, and prevent demand from returning

"We're open for business again! Don't worry, coronavirus isn't that big a deal. But if you get it, don't even think about suing us."
