There are basically four elements that must be proved beyond a reasonable doubt for tge government to successfully prosecute a conspiracy case.
1) the defendant entered into an agreement
2) to obstruct a lawful function of the government
3) by deceitful or dishonest means, and
4) committed at least one overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

The linked publication above gives a pretty good outline of what Durham may be looking at. It's highly possible there might be multiple separate but related conspiracy cases in the works.

My whole point is that although there is one over-riding conspiracy, it's probably comprised of 6 or 7 distinct separate criminal conspiracies. Some folks overlap multiple. I bet Durham has one of those charts with colored circles and names.
