Let us see whether deaths are going to reduce or remain same or increase
If the death rate reduces,
The so called immune boosters must be give to every one
If the death rate increases
These sellers of "immune boosters" should have the conscience and honesty to accept that their products are bad and promise not to interfere in treatment in future

On the same evening, the Government is contacted
On Evening of Wednesday 22nd April 2020, we Get an ordinance
This is really Fast

However, there are few doubts.
Q1. Why Ordinance and not Act
Usually, a Bill is introduced in Parliament. It is then debated. If needed it is send to a committee.
Then it is amended and then it is passed by both houses the Parliament. Then President gives his nod. It becomes an act (same way in States, it is Legislatures and Governor)

That is
An Act can be made only when Parliament is in Session

Sirumugai is a small village east of Mettupalayam in Coimbatore District. Once upon a time, it was bustling when South India Viscose was in Full Glory. After that it became a sleepy village.

But, that did not prevent Jayamohan to score 1179/1200 in 12th Exams in 2007, get the State 3rd Rank and join MBBS in Madras Medical College in 2007.

He was a very intelligent, hardworking and sincere CRRI

After completing MBBS, he joined Government Service and worked in PHC
Most Doctors in Primary Health Centres in Tamil Nadu really get involved in the work (and not just come and sign and go, as is the common impression) and he was no exception

He was continuously improving his Centre and this discussion is just one of the many actions he took

Blood has three main functions
1.
Carry Oxygen (Red Blood Cells do that )
2.
Fights against Bacteria and Viruses and every thing (White Blood Cells and the Antibodies do that)
3.
 When there is a wound, it forms a clot
(Platelets and clotting Factors do that)

So
When do you need to give blood or various blood products to a patient

You need to give blood to a patient when
1.
Capacity to carry oxygen is low (due to blood loss or anemia)
Blood loss can be due to injury or surgery or
complications of pregnancy

2.
 Capacity to Fight Infections may be needed when the person is suffering from an infection for which specific drugs are not available, but serum from another patient may be helpful

Capacity to form clots is reduced due to
