This is now law. Trump has signed $484 billion bill to add additional aid for employers and hospitals to help them get by during the pandemic. 
With this signature, Trump and GOP will now likely return during this election year to claiming credit for this money, funded by taxpayers and passed by Ds and Rs in Congress.
