Homemade Spicy PUFF PUFF Recipe!

Note: Tspn means Teaspoon.

Check my previous post for an image of the Measurements sets I used if you missed it.
The most important ingredient in this recipe is the Yeast...if the yeast is bad, the batter will not rise or form balls.

Make sure you get an active fast action yeast.

If you are not sure about the yeast, you can proof it first like i did in the recipe
Pepper & Onions is optional oo.. You should only add it for a spicy taste and aroma.

If you used a quick action yeast.. The batter should double it's size in 45 minutes...

If you forget & allow it stay too long.. For several hours.. you might not like the outcome.
If you don't want to mess up your hand.. Use an Ice Cream Scooper or one of your round Spoon/Cup from your measuring Sets to get that perfect round shape.

As you fry, switch between low to medium heat pls.
