DESPICABLE: Today, Cuomo was asked specifically about Alec Baldwin’s to use his clemency power to release more people. His smug response is a page out of the Willie Horton playbook: “How about if they’re violent & they just started their sentence.”
The reporter pressed Cuomo that it wasn’t about that. He was talking about medically vulnerable, people in last year of sentence, thousands impirsoned on technical parole violations. His smug response: “We’re already doing that. Next question.” He’s not already doing that.
