Thumbtack published updated data, and now showing Home Maintenance projects started up 8% y/y after being down 34% on March 24. Home Systems projects are down 1% after being down 19%.

Fascinating to look at Thumbtack data by job type. 8 of their 25 most popular categories are up year over year, and interestingly 7 of them are outdoor projects. A/C installation or repair is the indoor one.
Project types that are shrinking on Thumbtack include almost all indoor categories: interior painting, house cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor replacement, bathroom remodeling, etc.
Redfin has also published real time data on buyer demand. Noticeable uptick recently, still down 19% year over year but up from down 34% in early April.
Zillow has published a couple pieces of data lately:
"Though they remain 32.3% below last year's level, the week-over-week change in pending sales turned positive in the week ending April 15, and is up 6.2% week over week as of the seven days ending April 19."
