Ulooka is sent as envoy to deliver Duryodhana's final message to Yudhishtira just before the war
Hard hitting
Almost rings of Nietzsche. An assault on "the meek inherit the earth" view
krSNa devakIputra was also an envoy from the pANdava side just prior to Ulooka's mission
krSNa's articulation is based on moral certitudes. It downplays "Might". Instead focuses on "Dharma" being on the side of Pandava cause
To put it crudely the message is - "If you are all that wonderful and powerful, why did you let terrible things happen to you"?
Ulooka's tone is modernist and fundamentally anti-religious. Has something of Machiavelli and Nietzsche to it
