One error of omission on my part was not shorting robocalls weeks ago. It was obvious call volumes would drop due to the unavailability of call centers to handle people who return calls or "press 1" when called.

I was distracted by fears about humanity. prnewswire.com/news-releases/…
"The volume of robocalls nationwide has plunged as overseas call centers have closed for lockdowns and social distancing."

Robocall unit economics are terrible now since they can't convert their leads! This is a classic conversion rate problem.

This reduction is robocall unit economics couldn't happen to a more deserving collection of septic tank scum. Robocallers are being hammered by COGS and CAC, so we've at least got that going for us, which is nice.

Robocalls are far from gone though.
