It's shame that verified profile is only for selected & elected but not for general public who greatly contribute to #twitter platform.

The value of services of "general public" users for public interest can't be less than services & work offered by a celebrity. 3/n

It's an acute insult to users who are #activists #humanitarian #politicians, #socialworkers #advocates etc. whose services are undermined by a blue check.

My suggestion would be in case you would like to retain the structure 4/n

you allow a GOLDEN batch for the celebrities, elected, selected & 4/n blue batch for all the general public who are verified through your defined mediums. It ensures that general public also be genuine, true & verified. #EndDiscrimination 5/5
