AG Barr was forced to have a US Attorney in StL review @GenFlynn case and it resulted in exculpatory evidence that currently resides under seal.
Some may say that shows DOJ is capable of self-correction...

... and in some ways I guess it is, but it’s also an indication of MAJOR fucking problems.
This evidence “didn’t exist”, we were told... and the court accepted that excuse.
It’s not just a reflection on “Mueller Time” - it’s a disastrous reflection on the “norms” of the court.

From my view, it appears that our courts seem to rely way too much on an “honor system”... while saturated with people that do *not* have honor.

Worse yet, I hear some exclaim, “Well, @POTUS & Congress have worked hard to fix it. Appointed new judges; replaced leadership in FBI/DOJ.”

*IF* DOJ takes this challenge on their own... and indicts the Coup plotters, cases will be heard in courts that not only lack *our* trust...

We have a very broken system in place...
I trust AG Barr and USA Durham - I have no reason not to!
But I’d be careful thinking that the recent (positive) news for General Flynn should give us hope that our Justice System can handle the challenges that they face!

... what I know for certain is that the military would handle this challenge with the same professionalism & class they handle everything else with.
They walk straight into unwanted battles for a living - they maybe our only option!
And they would give fair & impartial trials.
