Lessons From David Sederis:
How to strike up interesting threads of conversations?
Don’t ask how’s your day?
Ask, do you know many people in wheelchairs? A boring question gets a standard answer. An interesting piques curiosity. Harvest the pique. 😂🤣
He asked a women one time, when’s the last time you touched a monkey?
She replied: “Oh can you smell it on me?”
Turns out she worked at a place that trained monkeys. 😂🤣😂
I love David’s brand of humour so much. If you want to read a really funny book, I recommend his work.
He harvested that experience. Ended up being invited to meet the monkeys. He was in a room with 13 monkeys and they picked his pockets. 😂🤣😂
