My biggest question is how were these notes discovered? As it stands right now it would seem as Jensen discovered them by either himself or Durham pressing Comey’s FBI Agents to give them up. It doesn’t look certain that these were shared with the SC going off Jensens response.
If the past transgressions of Comey’s FBI Agents hiding exculpatory evidence are a guide and Jensen only found these through his own review, than it would seem like none of this was shared with the SC prior to Flynn’s plea. Which once again makes this even worse for Comey’s FBI.
Here’s more on this. So it seems Bill Priestap’s did not share these notes with the DOJ until he was pressed by either Jensen, Durham or they were found through investigation.
