A few interesting tidbits in this piece:

1 - Trump screamed at Parscale on the phone because Trump didn't like the campaign polling data. So Parscale took a trip to Washington a few days later and brought some different polls to cheer Trump up.

2-It's clear that the RW push to reopen the economy is directly tied to Trump's re-election. They all know that re-election "the one area that is most important to him."

And yes, they're more than willing to be complicit in the deaths of countless Americans to give that to him.
3-This one's especially intriguing: Trump is holding back on his Biden attacks for now. He's worried that if he hits Biden too soon, then Biden will drop out of the race, and Trump would have to run against someone he sees as a more formidable opponent: Andrew Cuomo. </>

This allegation is FREAKING CRAZY.

Mobster John Tino says THIS and many other occurrences of Trump's sexual acts were preserved by the NY mafia.

It was Tino's job to escort clients to their rooms. The clients were told they had to keep the lights on. All of the rooms were video-taped, and it was Tino's responsibility to grab the tapes at the end of each night and bring them to his boss.
This allegation was captured in "All the President's Women." Tino is dying of cancer and told the authors that he wanted to expunge this from his conscience before he died.

If the White House's model is projecting 3000 deaths per day by early June, the death projections just don't add up to 130,000.

Today there are about 70,000 U.S. Covid-19 deaths. Assuming the death total today is 2000 and it increases exactly incrementally to 3000 by Jun 1..
... on June 1, there will be 139,536 deaths. If that's the peak, and then it decreased back to 2000 by June 29, on that day there would be a cumulative death total of 209,036 ...
... If the curve is symmetrical, we'd have 70,000 more deaths after that - for a total of about 279,036 deaths by the end of the summer.

It would be really nice right now to have leadership we could trust to not lie to us.

I keep hearing false comparisons between Tara Reade's accusation against Biden and Christine Blassey Ford's accusation against Kavanaugh.

There's one HUGE difference: Motive.
Ford said she was motivated to come forward because she felt it important to alert the public that someone who nearly raped her was about to become a Supreme Court Justice.

What is Tara Reade's motive? She doesn't want a sexual predator to be President?
Reade's accusation seems intended to ensure that a serial sexual predator, Donald Trump, *remains* President.

So what does Reade want? What's her motive? And once you've figure out THAT, everything else will seem clear enough I think.
