Very Simple ingredients...

The smoked fish, Crayfish and Goat meat Flavour took this Rice to another level.
Boil the goat meat first to get stock.
No curry & thyme oo.. It's a local something 😁

There's something about crayfish that I can't explain.. It's just, just 🤔 never mind

But If you don't like it, remove it pls.
The smokey flavour from the Crayfish, smoked fish combined, with the Goat Meat Flavour and Coconut Milk made this dish soooooo banging!!!

You just have to try it😁

So the thing about using foil paper to trap the heat of any dish is to intensify the Flavours and help the grains stand out well.
