Take courage, fellow Christians. Don’t look the other way. When we know something’s wrong, unjust or deceptive, let’s do the right thing despite consequences. It’s our place. We must not sell our souls to systems, sides or even our most beloved leaders.Our allegiance is to Jesus.
I think many of us are at unrest inside because we know some things being said about our sides/systems are true. But too much is at stake. And after all, we rationalize, our sides and systems do a lot of good & the others would do more harm. But that is colossal distrust of God.
And it’s not just colossal distrust. It’s dangerous distrust. Distrust we will be held accountable for. That unrest inside of us is the conviction of the Holy Spirit. These are days for brave men & women of God to say, “I can’t keep being part of this. I’m crucified with Christ.”
