We’ve been inspired by @SeamusBlackley - this is our favourite spot in the world, and we are lucky we can get to it in lockdown. We wonder what #bluebellwoodbread will taste like...wish us luck??!!! 
After 8 hours, we returned to bluebell wood, and our experiment was undisturbed. @SeamusBlackley
Safely back in our kitchen, we gave the new member of the family a permanent home. Mick (our white starter) and Mack (our rye starter) were waiting. We decided “Muck” was the perfect name for the newcomer.
This is how Muck looked this morning. We fed him and sat him between Mick and Mack, so they could show him the ropes.
Muck tonight - we think he’s doing pretty good...fingers crossed. We won’t have enough wholemeal flour all the way through to baking though - Mum is trying to find some.
It’s only the morning of day 3, and Muck greeted us with a little “fump” when we opened his jar this morning, and there are definitely bubbles. Excited! @SeamusBlackley
