My wife and I tested positive for Covid-19 about a month and a half ago, and found out last week that we do in fact have Covid-19 antibodies. (There are reports about some recovered patients not having much, if any, of an immune response).

My understanding (which might be wrong!) is that NY blood banks are so backed up that they don't have space to take any more plasma donations right now. So even though we signed up to donate, and have been confirmed as potential donors, we're still waiting.
