I'm still learning about the app and deciding. My current inclination is 'yes' - may change. My reasoning is that on a personal level, I am prepared to take a risk to my privacy (which I take from e.g. using Google Maps and other apps anyway - prob more so) to help the NHS ...
... but that is not to say I would recommend it for everyone. My advice would be that anyone thinking about using it read up on the privacy issues (especially when it is ready for mass release) and make a personal decision.
I should also say that I am an enthusiastic early adopter of technology anyway and have signed up to all sorts of probably dodgy apps over the years on the promise of making my life a 0.1% easier or better.
