Absolutely insane: Rod Rosenstein wrote a scope memo not only tasking Mueller with investigating vague “Collusion”, but also @GenFlynn for violating the Logan Act(!) and @GeorgePapa19 for being an unregistered agent of Israel
Everyone remember that dumb media talking point that Mueller never really investigated “Collusion”, because that’s not a real crime? Here it is in black and white
Oh, and the redacted portion almost certainly refers to POTUS Donald Trump and “obstruction” allegations
This was a joke from day 1. When Rosenstein wrote this memo Mueller already knew none of these people “Colluded”

Gen Flynn was there for his country for 33 years. Now he needs his country to be there for him

The President must immediately order the DOJ and entire executive branch to identify all means to free Flynn from this nightmare case
Judge Sullivan is going to make himself into the new Jim Comey. Right now he’s a hero to Team Collusion, but after this gambit flames out - and one way or another it will - he’ll be chewed up and spat out by those same people.
AG Barr has underestimated the danger he has put Flynn in by narrowly trying to drop the case based on FBI/DOJ procedure failures. Barr needs to put DOJ into a posture where it wants to find a way to have these charges dismissed, by any means necessary. Right now.

The most active “unmasking” requests appear to be NSA intelligence reports for Dec 14, 2016

The day after, Dec 15, 2016, James Clapper signed new procedures relaxing the rules allowing the wider distribution of raw NSA intelligence to agencies: 🤔
