Excited to launch 'Housebound Histories,' a lockdown project brought to you by some of my dearest pals. With museums and galleries closed, I thought it would be a grand idea to think about some of the stories we can find on our very own doorsteps - so we've done just that (1/3)
Over the next few weeks, while historic institutions remain closed, we will be sharing short posts about local history that we have discovered on our daily excercise. Each story was found a fifteen minute walk, bike ride, or run from our own front doors. Isn't that nifty! (2/3)
Without further ado, please find the blog below and prepare for more in the coming weeks! The first piece is a smashing look at Hadleigh Castle by @indecisivehisto and provides a glorious introduction to the project (3/3)
