Anytime I try to convince young people about having a right attitude to work, I am deeply saddened. They assume kindness, values, respect etc should only be reciprocated and that values they fail to display at work will miraculously appear in other areas of life. Habits matter!
I wonder if they realise that when they start their own business, it is people like them they will hire. Why on earth will providence send a good person to a terrible soul?
Sow good seeds, learn great habits. Use the things you have suffered to innovate better ways of doing things in future. When you start running your own show, let the world see how it should be done.
