Senate was in session or Biden wouldn't have been in DC. When Senate is in session every hallway is busy. There are no "semi-private" hallways, esp near the trains. But no pantyhose for Tara tho the rest of us wore them always, repairing runs w/nail polish. They came in eggs 2/2 
To be clear, Tara Reade HAD to claim she was not wearing pantyhose when Biden allegedly "sexually assaulted" her, or her version of events would not make sense. In order for her story to "work" -- she had to say she was not wearing pantyhose at a time when 99% of women wore them
