The Department for International Trade asked me for an extension on the deadline for providing me with a list of documents to be used in my employment tribunal against them. How are they going to do a deal with the EU on time if they can't provide a list of documents?
But they didn't ask in advance, they asked after the deadline had passed! So much for the rules-based order.
A judge orders you to do something and you agree to do it and then just don't do it? Seriously?
They were ordered to do this at a hearing on Feb. 13 and I provided my 10,000-word list at the end of March.
I have complained that they are in contempt of court and the judge should rule on the case in my favour. How can we have the tribunal if they ignore the rules?
And yet they are trying to dismiss part of my claim on the basis that I allegedly didn't file the correct form with it.
It's one year to the day since they informed me they thought I had autism and were going to extend my probation period.
