Dominic Grieve is asking now if Boris Johnson has a credible explanation to exercise a veto of publication of his committee's Russia report.
Christopher Pincher says it isn't unusual for a review of an ISC report to take some time.
Emily Thornberry says the delay in releasing the report is utterly unjustifiable and unprecedented. "This is nothing less than an attempt to suppress the truth from the public."
"I fear that it is because they fear that this report will lead to other questions about the links between Russia and Brexit... which risks derailing their election campaign."
Now she's blathering on about her suspicions about Cummings' activities in Russia when he was 23, completely irrelevant.
Pincher just starts making accusations about Corbyn and Russia rather than addressing the urgent issue of releasing the report.
We can have a general election in a shorter time than it takes for Johnson to approve this report. He wanted his Brexit deal to be rushed through parliament in three days, but Pincher says there isn't enough time to look at the Russia report.
Keith Simpson (Conservative), who is on the Intelligence Committee, says it's a matter of principle to publish the report.
Stephen Gethins (SNP), who has worked in the former Soviet Union, says we should show Russia that democracy and transparency are something to look up to.
Pincher now says there is no evidence that there has been any successful Russian interference in elections. Yet he won't publish the report, if it says that.
David Davis says that by not releasing the report the government is creating a vacuum for the opposition's paranoid fantasies.
David Hanson (Labour) is also on the Intelligence and Security Committee. He wants to know if the PM has read the report and submitted redactions. Pincher says it is being reviewed by all the relevant senior officials within government and at No. 10.
Brexit hardliner Steve Baker says the committee is bullying the government into releasing the report.
Stella Creasy (Labour) says the best way to kill the conspiracy theories is just to put the report out in the open. "Why has this prime minister closed the blinds?"
Bob Seely (Conservative) wants to introduce a Foreign Agents Registration Act to reduce malign influence.
Pincher says foreign agents tend to keep themselves rather quiet, so identifying them may be a challenge.
Richard Benyon (Conservative) agrees that the report should be published to eliminate conspiracy theories. Pincher's argument is that there will still be conspiracy theories.
Chuka Umunna (Lib Dem) says parliament deserves answers and the responses Pincher has given are utterly shameful.
Mark Pritchard (Conservative) says just because Dominic Grieve doesn't know a reason why the report hasn't been published doesn't mean there isn't a reason.
Sir George Howarth (Labour) says the reason why the report isn't being published must be political, and adds, "Publish or be damned."
Remember that Johnson has had the report since October 17th and it has already been approved by the intelligence agencies.
Tom Tugendhat from the Foreign Affairs Committee also says the report deserves to be seen before the election.
Caroline Lucas (Green) says either the PM doesn't trust the committee or has something to hide. Pincher says she is indulging in "a little light fantasising."
Pincher now ludicrously asks Lucas to bring forward evidence that Russia has been meddling in our elections.
This will run and run almost like a Watergate if the report isn't published, says Barry Sheerman (Labour). Pincher replies, "Let's stop stirring the pot on this non-issue."
Gregory Campbell (DUP) agrees with Sheerman's point.
Pincher claims we have robust systems in place to defend ourselves against Russian misinformation attacks, although the government hasn't needed to draw on my knowledge of Russia.
The US has as robust a system as we do, Pincher says.
Luciana Berger (Lib Dem) says she was disturbed by the US Senate committee's report that found Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. She asks if Johnson has read the ISC's report. Pincher replies that it is "going through the No. 10 process."
Could someone ask how many pages long this report is?
Stephen Timms (Labour) says the PM is required to provide an explanation if he hasn't responded within 10 days, but he has not provided one. Pincher says there is no requirement.
The Urgent Question session is over with Pincher having repeated the same point in answer to every question.
