Remember this thread? Recently declassified HSPCI interview of the Trump Tower translator now proves Adam Schiff knew *2 and half years ago* there was no Collusion at that meeting

—Nobody even mentioned the US presidential election

—Samochornov would have gone to the Feds if he heard anything bad (and he heard everything, in Russian + English)
Adam Schiff, 16 months after that interview with Congress: Trump Tower meeting is “direct evidence” of “Collusion”
Robert Mueller knew the Trump Tower Collusion theory was a joke in July 2017, 4 days after it hit the press. Schiff knew it was a joke in Nov 2017 (at the latest).

Half the public still think it’s true in May 2020. The media are a joke.

Fri Nov 3, 2017: Covington ask for the FD-302 AGAIN: “We don’t think there’s a FARA violation. We don’t think he made false statements”
The Special Counsel refused to turn over Flynn’s original FD-302 both those times. Instead, they schedule a follow up conference call with Covington for the following week and subtly threaten Covington that they might be a fact witness against Flynn for preparing his FARA filings

If that were true - which it isn’t - not only “should” the DOJ have prosecuted Flynn for those FARA allegations, they were *obligated* to prosecute them by the DOJ’s own rules that say the most serious, readily provable offense should be charged by prosecutors

Also, Van Grack essentially admitted in Flynn’s statement of the offense that he did not have all of the elements to prove any FARA violation - namely that Flynn filed a false FARA declaration willingly and knowingly, which is why he left those terms out of the doc

Gen Flynn was there for his country for 33 years. Now he needs his country to be there for him

The President must immediately order the DOJ and entire executive branch to identify all means to free Flynn from this nightmare case
Judge Sullivan is going to make himself into the new Jim Comey. Right now he’s a hero to Team Collusion, but after this gambit flames out - and one way or another it will - he’ll be chewed up and spat out by those same people.
AG Barr has underestimated the danger he has put Flynn in by narrowly trying to drop the case based on FBI/DOJ procedure failures. Barr needs to put DOJ into a posture where it wants to find a way to have these charges dismissed, by any means necessary. Right now.
