Dear @nstomar, I'm from Malegaon. All that have you just said on live TV is demonstrably false. Not a single agri-input shop has been allowed to be opened since 24 March. Not even 1 spare part shop/ garage is open. I've been denied a pass by the SDO, Malegaon to go for harvesting
So, either you are misleading people or the States are misleading you. My maize crop has been wasted because I was not allowed to travel to my farm. The horticulture plantation is w/o proper irrigation & fertigation since March 24. It will cause me huge losses.
The APMC is closed since 40 days. The ginning factories in town are closed. Harvested onions have no buyers even at Rs. 5/- per kg. Will you Mr. @nstomar call for correct information and take necessary action. Or your job is only to speak untruth on TV ??

A short thread discrimination :

Malegaon town has 2 assembly constituencies. Malegaon Central has predominantly Muslim population while Malegaon Outer has Hindus in majority. Incidentally, both the constituencies are part of Dhule Parliamentary constituency.
Dr. @DrSubhashMoS is the sitting MP from Dhule. He was Minister of State for Defence for 3 years in Modi-1 govt. Currently he's VP of State BJP. He's one of the finest cancer surgeon in North Maharashtra. Widely respected for his public service. By all. Hindus & Muslims, equally.
As you are aware, Malegaon has high number of COVID19 positive cases. Till y'day - 515. The medical infrastructure at Malegaon is insufficient for this spike. Administration wanted to shift some patients to the nearby Nashik & Dhule. Both places, fortunately, have few cases.

1. #COVID2019 spread was at its' peak in China by First week of February.

2. On February 12, @RahulGandhi called on the government to up the ante.

3. Taking a wrong cue - the ante of IT Cell cyber coolies was upped to further vilify RG.
4. On February 24, @narendramodi serenaded DoLand & his family by gathering 70k clapping gullibles in a stadium.

5. First week of March - Operation Kamala launched to dislodge @INCIndia govt.

6. 9th March -19 Cong MLAs (including 6 Ministers) flown to Bengaluru by Modi's party.
7. 11th March - @WHO declared #COVID2019 as pandemic.

8. 20th March - Kamalnath govt fell.

9. Mission accomlished - on 22nd March - #JantaCurfew & clanging of Thaalis - leading to processions & Garbas on the streets.

PM-CARES is a Public Charitable Trust. The Prime Minister is the Chairman & members include DM, HM & FM.

Stated Objective: dealing with any kind of emergency or distress situation, like posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide relief to the affected.

So far so good
A few questions -

1. When was it decided to form of a Public Charitable Trust?

2. Compelling reasons to do so ?

3. Advantages of forming a new PCT as against the existing PMNRF ?

4. Where do we get to see / read the bye-laws ?

5. Under which Act it is registered ?
6. WHen & where the registration happened ?

7. Did the sub-registrar visit the Prime Minister's residence of did the PM travel to Sub-Registrar's Office?

8. Is the Settler / Chairman - PM of India or Narendra Modi ?

9. Other memebers - in personal names or Official capacity?
