All these twitter bros selling you retirement by the age of 30/35 making $20k a month from anywhere in the world with just a laptop and jetsetting life, living in a tax haven or a place like Bahamas, Bali, Thailand, etc., - no offense to them, but are largely toxic to follow.
Retire by 35 and then do what? Spend 30 years waiting for death? Nope. You essentially want to find the one thing (or a maximum of two-three things) that you want to be known for, and become an expert at it, and find a way to pursue growth in it/them all your life, doing work
that feels meaningful to you. WB calls it tap dancing to work. Honestly think about it, you're 87 and you wake up early in the morning still with all of the excitement you had back when you were 37 to get to work on your craft. How amazing is that? Do you want that, or
do you want to "retire" by 35 making 20k per month selling courses on how people can retire by 35 and make 20k per month, sipping pina coladas on a beachfront property day in and day out?

Well, that doesn't sound so bad. But lack of meaningful work and lack of a
higher purpose just makes you a vacant plot over a period of time, and it is vacant plots where weeds grow. This may be a polarizing opinion, but that's because I admire people who are still excitedly doggedly pursuing their craft even nearing their 80s, 90s, etc.,
These elders are just so damn inspirational. They gave a sincere "fuck you" to society long back, didn't stay within the untold boundaries, and just ripped through the limitations imposed on them, went ahead and did exactly what they wanted to, and managed to keep it up for
a really long time, becoming masterpieces themselves in the process, in addition to creating masterpieces. That's a life well lived, in terms of professional life.
