2/ Before the inevitable questions: no, the results cannot be generalized to all bus drivers nor to all Italians.

Milan was hit hard and bus drivers are a category at risk.

At most, it can be perhaps generalized to bus drivers in cities hit as hard as Milan. Perhaps.
3/ Update: the public transportation company issued a statement saying that the numbers are incorrect (but does not provides the correct ones, as the tests aren’t complete on the full population of bus drivers).
