Did Firoz Shah Tughlaq get bags full of cow’s flesh tied round the necks of Brahmins and have them paraded inspired by "ancient Indians"?

Corpse of Guru Arjan Dev was wrapped in cow-skin to cause special offence to the Sikhs inspired by "ancient Indians"?
Did Aurangzeb slaughter a cow in Chintamani Parshvanath Jain temple inspired by "ancient Indians"?

During the Christian inquisition of Goa, Hindus forcibly converted to Christianity were made to eat beef, inspired by "ancient Indians" ?
The point is that the debate on cow is never framed in its right historical context.

Cow issue in India is as much about beef as calling a LC by a caste name is about FoEx of the speaker (you can go to jail for this).
There is a long history of cow-slaughter being used as weapon of degradation, humiliation of Hindus.

Historically, violence against Hindus, from Muslim invaders to this day, has rarely been unaccompanied by cow-slaughter in front of Hindus/their sacred places
Whenever the discussion on Hindu persecution is raised, one who says “but caste-system" "but Sati" "but ancient Indians ate beef” etc is to me a person whose first question, on hearing about a crime of rape is, “what was she wearing”.
