2-Pelosi is said to be working hard to get the vote to 218-the magic number for passage, but some progressives want more time to read it (1800 pgs) & push their own agendas, which NP's resisting.. she may get there-but...
3-GOP said last night that the bill is 'dead on arrival' bc they're pushing Trump's agenda to wait & see how the reopening goes, and they're pushing back hard.
4-The Act is still in open negotiation, much of which is held in a public forum via the press, but even if NP gets it passed Fri, it could be weeks before the GOP begin formal negotiations & it becomes law.
