Other ways to make videos if you are a private person.
1. Show the work.

Let your focus be your work. There is so much you can do in your area of focus.

2. Do product reviews/comparisons.

Review products or services and talk about them.

3. Do tutorials
Another way to become a YouTuber without showcasing you life is by doing tutorial videos.
Focus on what you are teaching.

4. Floating head videos
Create a studio space in your home where you can do videos only showing your head. I do that a lot. Perfect for beauty, tech, finance etc.

5. Share tutorials with presentations
If you do not wan't to show your face, you can do tutorials where you show your screen or share a presentation. This can work for info/ tech/ gaming side of Youtube.

6. Use animations
So many successful channels on youtube use animations and cartoons to showcase what they do. My favorite is youtube.com/user/Kurzgesag… They also have an English version @Kurz_Gesagt

7. Podcasts
The main content on the podcasts is mostly in its audio so you can create podcasts if you don’t want to show your face in YouTube videos.

8. If you want to create awesome videos without showing your face, consider using stock footage available online. You can find some on @pexels

Ie. if you are making a listicle of top 10 destinations you can speak as the footage plays.

NB* Everyone chooses what to share on Youtube. There is nothing wrong with oversharing or choosing to share little about yourself. All in all, you choose what works for you.
