With due respect @atiku this is not true. The FGN🇳🇬 in a statement by @ZShamsuna Hon Minister of Finance said it will reduce the N10.59trn 2020 Appropriation Act by 20% (capital) & 25% (recurrent) amounting to N1.5trn.
So I do not know where you got N71B & 0.6%.

Also in a twist on this same issue, FGN🇳🇬 proposed a slash/cut of the 2020 budget N318B which is also by far higher than your N71B 'assumption'.

A young lady visited the Ikeja Mall . While standing at the entrance, She was suddenly approached by one of the Fulani girls from the maghreb who beg for money.
The little girl smiled towards the young lady and spoke pidgin saying "Aunty, make you give me money make I buy food chop". Then the young lady smiled back and replied, "I have not also eaten since morning".
The little girl asked her if its really true and the Lady said "Oh yes". Then the little girl handed the lady all the naira notes she had in her hand to buy some food. The young lady was surprised so She asked the little girl if she could really use her money and she said yes.

"I am not joining in the argument of whether removing Sanusi and banishing him to some remote environment is justified or not . I however will like to state here that we need to be careful with our equation of traditional cultural actions and constitution.
There are many actions that we still undertake culturally that do not meet the constitution but we still do them . The Ooni of Ife is known to eat the heart of the deceased Ooni. That is cannibalism. Who has ever questioned it?
Pope Benedict is still alive though not banished but he is taken out and never to be seen because 2 popes can not be seen. Who has ever questioned his right and freedom of movement?
