4) 2016-2019 ERA
In 2016 it looked like Eintracht would get relegated from the Bundesliga. No more hope, bad players. But there he came: Niko Kovac. He saved us from relegation and managed to win the German cup for us in the next year.

The players were heroes for the city, especially Rebic and Prince Boateng. We didn't have the best players but we were fighting. Just take a look at Mijat Gacinovic running onto the empty goal to decide the game and make it 3-1. First trophy after 30 years. Try not to cry. Wow.

After that, we thought it couldn't get any better. Boateng left, Kovac left to Bayern and we had a new coach: Adi Hütter. This guy decided to let some youngster play more often. Man, that was a good decision. This players name was LUKA JOVIC.

Last seasons's Europa League run was incredible (we had qualified through the cup win).
Some called us EL's Ajax Amsterdam because we were the underdog, who managed to win every single group game against Lazio and Marseille, we won against Shakthar, Lazio, Inter, Benfica and got kicked out unluckily in the semi final against Chelsea after penalties.
Our fans travelled around Europe and together with the team we had a incredible time. Chelsea and Arsenal supporters can confirm how loud our supporters were, I guess.

Last year every Frankfurt fan was heartbroken, when Jovic, Haller and Rebic left. That shit hurt, man. Those 3 guys loved the city and the city loved them back so hard. We got Portuguese talent André Silva on loan from Milan and bought Dutch legend Bas Dost.

BUT this year we find ourselves a new hero. Some people only know him from his FIFA card, but if you guys watch him play once you will know why we love him so much.
