For contact tracing, it’s first humans. You need ~15 people for every case, and they can manually do most of the work, like in Alaska [2//3]
These 15ppl are 5 ppl working over 3 days, (so 15 person.days) which is a very long time in contact #tracing. In other places, with tech and experience, it might be closer to ~5 person.days. And as for tech help, there’s nothing without a privacy conversation. [3/3]
