The subtle point missed is..it was because of Prince & crew's screw-up on the $80M gig that Haftar brought in the Russian mercenaries. You can't deliver 40-year old garbage airframes when you promise MH407s, assassins, Blackhawks and the Erik's magical fix everything LASA T-Bird.
