Its not complicated
They could have saved a whole article and just written that Putins regime hasn't been accurately reporting cases/deaths

And Putin's regime is not reporting all deaths. (Masking cause of death)
Not reporting=low numbers

Another dangerous situation escalating in Libya. Putin's forces are trying to gain control via Haftar (Trump also backed him going against our foreign policy). Will be interesting to see if Russia attacks Turkish forces.

Putin/Trump continue to have same goals
For years Russia has had many conspiracies of US controlling Ukraine (complete lies.) After checking Russian headlines this morning it is very clear that their number 1 goal is discrediting Ukraine followed by re-electing Trump by all means
Wrote that post I tagged a year ago. Today's headlines in Russian media are "independent" Ukraine. Russia's operations are targeting both Ukraine and US in their attempt to discredit, weaken, and cause a divide/chaos in both countries.
Their attacks on Biden have begun with fabricated/altered "evidence" provided by Derkach a KGB mafia thug. There are more attacks coming over the course of the next few months in which they will attempt to use Trump's hijacked institutions. We won't let them be successful
