4. Food enterprises which are micro in size are targeted with a 10,000 crore fund - health and wellness productions, nutritional products - 2 lakh Micro food enterprises will benefit - capacity enhancement etc .. Aim to raise them to an international standard.
5. Kesar cluster in Kashmir, turmeric cluster, chilli cluster, makhana culture (Bihar) - wellness related food item - branding and promoting these clusters.
6. ''Vocal for local will become local to global'' for these wellness food clusters.
7. Logistics - new fishing harbours, fishing boats - insurance schemes - all to assist additional fish production ... the underlying principal to empower people.
8. This is a 20,000 crore venture.
9. 70 lakh ton enhancement in fish procurement and jobs.
10. National Animal Disease Control Programme - 100 per cent vaccination of all animals - 53 crore animals - foot and mouth disease must be eradicated.
11. Building of capacities in animal husbandry. Rs.15,000 crores for dairy infrastructure, cattle feed infrastructure, dairy processing.
12. 4000 crores is being allocated towards medicinal plants - 10 lakh hectares will be brought in for herbal cultivation. Herbal and medicinal plants can be grown on both sides of the Ganga ... there will be a corridor on both sides of the river for this.
13. Bee-keeping initiative - 500 crores .. livelihood supporting activity for rural areas.
14. `From top to total' - 500 crore initiative - 50 per cent subsidy on transportation, 50 per cent subsidy on storage. This is to achieve better price realisation to farmers, reduced wastages
15. Governance and administrative reforms: Essential Commodities Act - will be amended ... No stock limit shall apply to processors or value chain participant. Cereals and pulses will be completely deregulated -
16. Farmers getting adequate choice to sell their product to sell their produce at an attractive price - Agriculture Marketing Reforms to provide marketing choices to farmers.
17. Barrier-free interstate trade. Framework for e-trading of agricultural produce.
